Oscar holds a Master of Laws in Corporate Law from the University of Groningen and has spent his career advising companies at key moments of growth, transformation, and investment. As a partner at several leading law firms, he has guided both established organizations and entrepreneurial ventures on governance, transactions, and long-term strategy.
