About Rituparna
Rituparna Saikia is a Hardware & Firmware Developer at Holland Sensor, joining the team in April 2025. He is a senior embedded systems engineer with more than 20 years of experience in embedded hardware and software, IoT architectures, and communication protocols.
Throughout his career, Rituparna has worked on complex, mission-critical systems across industries ranging from semiconductor manufacturing to industrial electronics and connected devices. His background includes developing embedded solutions for robotics and chipmaking systems at VDL and ASML, as well as enhancing security, reliability, and performance in advanced networking products at Aimvalley.
Rituparna has also held engineering roles at global technology leaders such as Philips, GE, Rockwell, Infineon, Sony, and Benchmark, building deep expertise in RTOS environments, bootloaders, PLCs, and low-level device drivers. At Holland Sensor, he focuses on IoT sensor design, firmware development, and improving system robustness through EMC and ESD optimization.
Rituparna brings a calm, methodical approach to solving complex technical challenges and delivering production-ready innovations.
