Vincent van Laar is an entrepreneurial business developer with a strong passion for turning innovation into sustainable, scalable growth. With over two decades of experience across corporates and start-ups, he brings a rare combination of strategic vision, commercial instinct, and hands-on leadership.
Throughout his career, Vincent has consistently focused on building meaningful partnerships and translating new ideas into real-world impact. He has held senior roles in marketing, sales, and innovation, operating at the intersection of technology, business, and people. As Innovation Director at Essent, and later as an independent consultant, he played a key role in initiating and scaling new business initiatives within complex organizations as well as fast-moving start-ups.
Vincent holds an Executive MBA from Bradford University / TIAS and combines his academic background with deep practical experience.
