About Paul
Paul Hoogewind is co-founder and CFO of Holland Sensor, bringing extensive experience in finance, business modelling, and investment decision-making across both corporate and SME environments. He plays a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, governance, and long-term growth.
Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and has built a broad career in senior financial leadership. He has worked as an independent consultant in CFO and finance director roles, supporting a wide range of profit-driven organizations. Earlier in his career, he held CFO and controlling positions in retail and wholesale telecom, as well as within large international operations at DHL Supply Chain.
This combination of hands-on entrepreneurial finance and structured corporate experience enables Paul to bridge strategy, execution, and financial discipline. At Holland Sensor, he focuses on creating a strong financial foundation that supports innovation, scalability, and investor confidence.
His approach to leadership is pragmatic and thoughtful, balancing ambition with long-term responsibility.
