Leo’s career began in infrastructure and environmental project leadership, before moving into entrepreneurship and company ownership within environmental management and technology. Over the years, he has successfully led and grown multiple organizations, combining technical expertise with a strong focus on people, partnerships, and international market development.
As founder and long-term CEO of Holland Water, Leo built the company into a recognized player in water technology, while also serving as a strategic board advisor. This experience laid the foundation for Holland Sensor, where he continues to guide the company’s vision, culture, and long-term growth.
